IACAPAP TEXT BOOKは無料で市民に公開されます。
そのため、出版による収入で費用を賄うことができません。
一方で翻訳にあたり、翻訳の質にはこだわらなくてはなりません。
専門家だけが読むものではなく、一般市民の方もお読みになりますので、日本語としてわかりやすく、読みやすいものにする必要があります。
これはIACAPAP本部の主要言語への翻訳にあたっての強い意向でもあります。
これを実現するには精神医学の専門家による単純な和訳では不十分で、翻訳の専門家の協力が必要になります。
皆さんからのご寄附はこれらを達成するために必要な資金に充てます。

IACAPAP e-Textbookの第2版執筆作業の開始に伴い、2024年4月（予定）の第2版の出版までは翻訳活動は休止しますが、その間にいただきましたご寄付につきましては、第2版の翻訳に向けて大切に活用させていただきます。

** What's IACAPAP TEXT BOOK **

It is a child and adolescent psychiatry text book published by IACAPAP via websites. Everybody in the world has free access to this textbook but it is mainly written in English-language. Now, the translation to main language of this text book is ongoing. We are in charge of the Japanese translation.

** What`s the purpose of use of the donation in Japanese translation of IACAPAP TEXT BOOK? **

We must be particular about the quality of translation. According to the intention of IACAPAP's translation, it must be readable not only for specialists but for the public. For this purpose, a translation only by the specialists of psychiatry is insufficient and a cooperation from the specialists of translation is needed. We will utilize the donation for this purpose.
